Come join us on a trip up the scenic Sea to Sky highway.
Literally, this day trip will take you from the sea level to high up on a mountain.
We will travel to
The Sea to Sky Gondola, where you will ride a gondola up a mountain for a breathtaking view of Howe Sound, the town of Squamish, and the mountains surrounding them. You may see some windsurfers cutting through the waves!
The Britannia Mine Museum, where you will go on a guided underground tour to learn about one of the province’s largest historical copper mines and afterwards watch an award-winning light, sound, and special-effects show. Gold panning, anyone?
We will travel as a group by rental bus. Departure (8:30am) and drop-off (approximately 5:00pm) will be at the conference venue — the BCIT Downtown Campus.
You will enjoy a lunch (included), with magnificent views, at the top of the Sea to Sky Gondola.
You are welcome to bring one guest. Registration for the guest is required.
The total value of this trip is about $200 CAD per person. Registration fees is only $125 CAD!
